Financial Terms: Payment & Refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly cycle. By using MyPayroll, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file until cancellation is processed via the Billing Console.
Refund Policy: Refunds are strictly limited to billing errors or duplicate transactions. No refunds are issued for payroll runs that have been successfully submitted to tax authorities, as processing fees are non-recoverable.
Late Payment: Access to the payroll console may be suspended if a subscription payment is overdue by more than 7 days, though historical data remains accessible for export.
Methodology Note
Figures displayed in the MyPayroll calculator are derived from IRS Publication 15-T (2025 revision). State tax estimates use Texas single-filing defaults unless specified.
Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. However, MyPayroll is not liable for failed payroll submissions due to third-party API outages (e.g., banking networks, IRS e-file systems).
Data Retention
User data is retained for 7 years post-cancellation to satisfy IRS record-keeping requirements. You may request immediate deletion, but this voids our compliance indemnification clause.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes must be filed in Potter County, Amarillo, TX.
